The maximum size is 48 inches x 48 inches. Both landscape and portrait layouts are welcome if you prefer smaller dimensions.
There will be two poster sessions on Saturday October 4: 9:15 am - 10:45 am, and 3:45 pm - 5:15 pm. You will receive your time slot and poster number in the next couple of weeks. Please plan to be present at your poster during your assigned session.
The Q Center has multiple classrooms with white board walls where we will hold the poster session. You are encouraged to use white board markers to enhance your conversations!
Most posters will be mounted to the walls using masking tape. We recommend printing on glossy paper for easy removal of the tape.
A limited number of posters can be hung with clips, in case you are bringing a fabric poster.
